Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Daily cost for training consultancy is from £425 (part days negotiable according to time)
• Payment is due within 28 days of receipt of invoice.
• Preference for payment is through BACS and all details to enable payment are included on the invoice. Other forms of payment are acceptable but need to be agreed prior to training being received.
• We understand that circumstances may occur which means you need to reschedule a training date. We will do our utmost to re-assign a consultant on to other work but our standard cancellation policy for cancellation is:

• Cancellation within 7 days of the training date is 100% of the rate you were due to be charged
• Cancellation 7-14 days before the training date is 50% of the rate you were due to be charged
• Cancellation 14-21 days before the training date is 25% 
• Cancellation prior to 21 days before the training date will NOT incur any cost

Cancellation by Awareness Training Ltd

Awareness Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel a training course for any reason prior to the event date. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you about the cancellation. If you have already paid a fee then we will refund this money. Providing we give you at least 7 working days’ notice of the cancellation in writing we will not be liable for any other costs of you attending the training course.

(If payment is not received within agreed time, we will rely on our statutory rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, to retrieve payment, including interest)
